Unipart and Multipart porcelain insulators. The value, manufacturer,
marking, and color for each of 3375 Unipart (U-numbers) and 826
Multipart (M-numbers) porcelain insulators aid the collector in trading
and cataloging his collection. The book also provides estimated
quantities known for all rare insulators. The values and listings are
the result of surveying more than 30 active collectors around the
country. In addition, there are scale drawings of 86 new U-Chart styles
identified and assigned since the publication of Jack Tod's U-Chart in
his book, Porcelain Insulator Guide Book. M-numbers referenced in the
"Value Guide" are identified in the author's book, Multipart Porcelain
Insulators. Note: You will need Jack Tod's book, "Porcelain Insulator Guide Book", for
the bulk of the U-numbers that are referenced in the "Value Guide".
Likewise for referenced M-numbers, you will need the book, "Multipart
Porcelain Insulators", to identify multipart styles. |
